We understand how important it is to receive the correct product in flawless condition. Although we take great care in quality checks and packaging, issues may occur rarely.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a product that doesn’t fit, we are here to make it right with a fast replacement.
When You Qualify for a Replacement
We’re happy to offer a replacement in the following situations:
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order (wrong model, wrong design, etc.).
Fitting Issues
If your product does not fit your phone due to a sizing or model mismatch.
Damaged or Defective Item
If your product arrives broken, scratched, bent, or defective in any way.
Note:
If you ordered the wrong phone model, we will not be able to replace it.
However, you can still contact our support team — we will try our best to guide you.
Easy 10-Day Replacement Process
We’ve made the process simple and customer-friendly.
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You can reach us via WhatsApp, contact form, or email at support@flyby.co.in.
- For quicker resolution, we may request images or a short video showing the issue.
- An unboxing video is highly recommended and speeds up verification.
Once verified, we will process your replacement without requiring you to return the product.
Fast Replacement Delivery
After confirming the issue:
- We will ship your replacement within 7 business days.
- You may choose the same item or a new design/model (based on availability).
- If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a discount coupon or voucher for future purchases.
Please note:
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Replacements and coupons are the only resolution options.
Replacement Conditions
To qualify for a replacement, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in original condition.
- The original packaging is intact.
- Screen color variations due to phone brightness or contrast settings are not covered.
- Misunderstandings due to not reading the product description are not eligible.
For Custom Photo Orders (COD)
- A partial payment of ₹49 is required for order confirmation.
- Remaining ₹185 is payable at delivery.
- The initial ₹49 is non-refundable if the order is refused upon delivery.
